ProX Heat Protector Thermal Insulation Sheet Advantages of Coating Technology

We conducted high-temperature, high-humidity, and chemical resistance corrosion tests on a double-sided aluminum heat-insulating sheet that reflects 97% of radiant heat!

We conducted an experiment to confirm the advantages of the corrosion prevention coating of the "ProX Heat Protector Thermal Insulation Sheet." The samples included pure aluminum with a thickness of 0.012mm, similar non-combustible thermal insulation materials from other companies, the surface aluminum of "PRX-FN," the surface aluminum of "PRX-PES," and the back aluminum of "PRX-FN." As a result of conducting a high-temperature and high-humidity corrosion test (85 degrees, 100% RH, for 6 days), corrosion was visibly confirmed after one day for pure aluminum and other companies' non-combustible thermal insulation materials. However, our product showed no visible signs of corrosion even after two days, and it was found that the emissivity had not changed significantly. We have various deposition devices that can perform coatings suitable for different types of substrates, and we carry out coating according to the customer's specifications.

● We can support mass production with reliable film deposition methods such as ion assist, plasma assist, and sputtering, tailored to each company's requirements. ● We can also accommodate film deposition on thin glass (e.g., 0.145T). ● With assist coating, it is possible to produce non-shift films that are heat-resistant. ● It has high adhesion strength, film hardness, and heat resistance. ● It possesses high environmental reliability characteristics, including constant temperature and humidity (1000 hours), heat cycles, high-temperature storage, and low-temperature retention. ● We can also accommodate thermal processing up to 570°C for various reflow tests. ● We can provide coatings from single-layer to multi-layer (approximately 50 layers) according to the spectral characteristics requested by customers. ● Although the reliable film deposition method may cause slight warping due to stress, the warping level is manageable for post-processing such as dicing with plasma assist and sputtering.
